Just Why???

i'm from USA and the first time heard mauli, me and my family went crazy. espicially my sis and she's 24. yes i'm not all crazy about mauli cause my favorite is Musaarat😉 and i think he could win it all. but anyhow mauli doesn't sing bad at all, yes she has those down times but who doesn't have down times in that show. The point is she sings from her heart and tries her best for those slow and sad songs. but when she does sings those fast track songs she wins heart and votes of those millions of people. love her or hate her she's one of the best contenders and it's we who vote for her ( for those who think this show is scripted. it's sad u think so cause they do this show so that people can vote and if they wanted to couldn't they just pick the winner from adution and get them the cd as fast as they could...) but hopefully people understand that mauli is a good singer maybe not all the time but then if u say so u rn't on that show r u?? so just show some respect for the contenders, for their singing and for tring their best (which they do really well).

Yea your right, mauli isn't that bad of a singer, i just think shes really nervous these days because she use to sing really well....

This is deff the best Mauli post I have seen in the last few weeks. I totally agree. I think she does have ups and downs, and I remember when we first heard her...no1 knew who she was at my school, and my friend saw the same show, and we were like "that one girl who is apparently from USA was soo good. I don't know what song she sang, but it was rly good." That was 4 maiya maiya....then the few following performances were good as well. Lately, she has been having some downs, but then who hasnt had downs? Harpreet has improved so much...earlier, he had all downs. Raja has had at least 3 or 4 downs when he just stopped singing in the middle cuz he forgot lyrics (granted evry1 can 4get, but so did Junaid last week, and I deff didnt notice it....he covered up rly well)...Mussarat ruined To Phir Aao and a couple other songs...Sumedha has sung sum songs rly nasal...anywayz th pt is...Mauli is just as strong as Mussarat in my opinion.

No personal issues against Mauli. But when consistently someone sings worse than other contenders and still makes it that is cause for worry for me. Compared to other contenders, her performances have been mediocre to bad, still she is in.

Maybe she can sing some selected songs and bring out an album and sing playback etc etc. But this is competition where she should be judged based on her performance versus other contestants and when others do bad they are voted out not given second chance, not supported by judges with vote requests why only Mauli!!!!

I would love to hear a logical reply to this other than Mauli chose wrong songs, the producers give it to her she cannot help!! How many wrong songs can a person choose. 😕 Swades was bad, Taal was bad. Leave aside other songs, fans will claim she did a great job. But two consistent really bad performances and she is still in whereas others SING well and get eliminated. Beats me!!!

Feel really bad for Junaid. How many more contestants will be sacrificed before people realize it is a SINGING competition and you should vote based on talent not personality.

So many great singers have such beautiful voice and are not that good looking but that doesnt matter. Sad that so much importance is given to looks and performance and PR and very little to singing.

I will be really sad to see Mauli in the top 5. Really really sad and if she per chance wins I will totally stop seeing any musical reality show in the future.
