This week the Retro Theme is - Comedy Songs in Hindi Films.

Laughter is a priceless and rare commodity. Sometimes in the daily grind of struggle with destiny and life we forget how to smile. What wouldn't we do to get that bright smile back on our faces as well as on our loved ones faces. In such situations something comic can help a lot.

Comedy has played a very pivotal role in Hindi films as well. The comic moments are generally added to lighten an emotional atmosphere and bring some respite. Bollywood has several comic songs as well, which you can watch or hear as many times as possible and yet you can see your face breaking into a grin and sometimes into giggles or full throated laughter imagining the situations. Such songs have been picturized on character artists as well as on the hero heroines. These comic songs have become immortal and will stay evergreen for years to come.
