Well for those who do not knwow -

Howard Dean wished to win democratic party's nomination and in the first contest among all democratic party's contenstants, he lost. In his speech afterwards, he started screaming uncontrollably and basically that was the end of his bid for the president. I felt that Mauli tries to fake her singing (more like shouting) and mimic's Howard Dean, i.e, plannin her own exit.
