The Best will win only if

The best will win only if we vote based on singing,rendering of the song ,pronounciation,technicalitis, and do honest voting, rather than " my favorite, from my part of the world, my friend" etc .

but we are still eons away from being unbiased and unfortunately the winner may not be the best .

How unfortunate it will be when it happens .

Who is best depends on perception of the viewer. For me 'x' is best but for someone else 'y' may be best. And everyone votes for his/her best. So whoever wins, he will be best for his supporters.

Hence proved that only the best will win. 😊

I dont agree. One can be a supporter but one should be fair in judgement and vote only on the merit of that days performance. othewise the results are never fair.

Take for example your class. The three toppers in class are neck to neck. You have an exam and the results of that exam decides the first rank holderr. Now, lets see the teachers fav pet and rank no 1 of previous year messes up her maths exam for whatever reason and scores only 70% while the other two get 100%. and therefore in the avaerage performance wise, she is actually in #3 position. Now should the teacher take the final result to decide who actually gets the first rank or should she say, this one is good so let me give her the first rank based on last years records?

when voting in a contest, use the head and the ears, not the eyes and the heart. Vote only the deserving candidate.

Anyways..Now I don't agree with what you mentioned 😊.

In school/acedemics marks are given on objective basis, and teacher never gives marks for a wrong answer.

What I tried to say in my previous post is that, how do you define best? When it is a matter of liking, it is not necessary that all have same taste. Here it is a subjective field. Some like Nusrat some don't. Some like Himesh some don't. For me Raja is best for some he is not. So if Raja wins I will say the best has won. But Mauli supporters will say no, the best lost it.

Aniline, agree with you that we all have different taste. But what I am saying is Mauli had not given an outstanding performance since maiyya maiyya. some other performances of hers were Ok, but the show stealer on those days was someone else, whether be it Mussarat, raja, poonam, aneek or whoever.
She is a good singer no doubt but does that mean others are bad. Tell me honestly,based on last friday and saturdays performance who really needs to get eliminated.

I can only talk about myself and I don't give full marks to technicality. If some one pleases me due to any reason, then I like to see him/her everytime and that makes him/her best for me. Of-course singing can't be waived in a singining competition. But even if sometime my favourite doesn't gave best shot, I don't reject him/her.
