Harpreet is from chandigar and for him to perform infront of the chandigar hero is like a dream come true! You missed my point, friend. I am not a fan of Mauli (please feel free to see my other posts). Also, I am not trying to say anything about his singing capability (also see my other posts).

Well i don't think he was SUCKING up and KD meant that he should stick to singing as he is a good singer...that's all he said and i can understand punjabi very well...and even HARPREET sang really well today...

I am not sure if he did and what is he trying to prove - did he not say he is not a patriot and that made KD really mad.

i don't think the desire to talk in ur mother tongue would be called sucking up...its natural to get these feelings when u see sumeone(as great as kapil dev) from ur hometown sitting in front of u n beside this wasn't a issue when some of other contestants regurlarly talked in Gujrati😕 with the mentors n even with the judges then how is it sucking up in harpreet's case😕

KD understood it wrong he said that he is not a big desh-bhagat he meant to say was that he didnt do anything for his country not that he does not love his country which he made clear my b u didnt understood bcz he said that in Punjabi

U're making me laugh...there was nothing dramatic...I guess u wont understand his excitement...but atleast ppl can recognise he's not doing drama or sucking up or whateva...he's keeping it real...
