Raja is not versatile singer he can sing on high pitch song which is very use to Rajasthan, I am very surprised nobody point out because judges want to promote him some time his wrong singing also appreciated. I like Raja but politically promotion is not good for music even its shame full Raja also.

Why not till today VS ask Raja to sing classical or semi classical song because they knows Raja's ability, he can sing only "Allah kay banday" type songs.

Even HR ID also supporting him out of way and I feel now its going with Aneek also these kind things not helpful for program and singers.

Please don't be partials.

I agreed you Aiysha I also feel judges promote Raja and Aneek they are good singers but these kind things point out some things......

I dont agree with you. I feel you are missing on the depth he has when rendering the song. His song is complete with sur, tal and expressions. Most of the people miss out on sur when putting emotion in the song or vice versa.

Singing classical alone or singing aalap, taan and taking some Harkat is not singing all about. Singing a simple song, a plain song is much more difficult than doing all sort of gymnastics with the song.

so true!...n also he has a strong classical base ..so evident from his song selection ...without which he cudn't hv done beautiful rendition of nusrat's song s!!!! bohot 'khanak' aur 'harkat' hai gale mein ....

He has sung all kind of songs

chak de phatte,tare gin gin,ghanan ghanan, tu hi re , rut aa gayi re, mahiya, upar khuda , subah subah(listen to this one),naina thag lenge , piya re , saara zamana,zindagi ek pyaas,hota humse pyaara kaun, tere bina...are all these ' allah ke bande' types songs?😭😭

I do not agree with you in the colored portion of your post. What raja has sung so far are in fact songs laden with classical elements. Your arguments should have been Ulta. Why do they not make Raja sing rock type and lighter Kishore Kumar style songs ?

i don't have anything to say about Raja.
but aneek, i feel like he only sang hippop type songs so far, haven't heard him singing any emotional or classic songs yet or its just me. 😕

i understand what you are saying but i don't agree with you
1. raja according to me is a very good singer whatever he sings he does with style and in sur
2. he does lack versatality but so do most of the other contestants for ex. mauli
mauli can only sing item number types of songs but when she sings them she puts forward the same sexy attitude and voice there is no variation in her sining
whereas raja seems different each time he sings ... he goes into the depth of the song and signs with his heart and therefore when i hear him i enjoy his performance
mauli just seems like she is trying to do too much...there is no sweetness or beauty in her performance
raja can go to top and low notes with ease and grace 😆
I think amanat and aneek and raja are equally good in singing...they are consistent and have good voice and voice ranges so i think they are all equally deserving for most votes but i this is were the whole thing of where the contestant is from comes into factor
