but so does raja and amanat. they are great singers too.

Raja does not even compare with aneek. aneek's voice quality is amazing, besides he is a highly trained singer unlike Raja, who has a lot catching up to do. aneek's rendition is always sweet to listen to, be it a song from any genre. amanat is only good (nothing exceptional) in light classical slow numbers, not versatile at all. but i believe aneek may not win this contest given the bias of voters. i will be personally happy if at least raja wins over amanat.

of-course no comparisons can be made...coz' both r completely different..I know nothing about technicalities of music..But what I know is that when Raja sings, I want him to just continue and sing endlessly..his different voise makes each song special...

I respect your opinion as well as the opinion of others. As I said I will prefer Raja over Amanat any day, at least Raja has tried various songs and he has certain earthiness in his voice which is quite charming. I will also not like to see aneek come to a third or second place since i believe the crown should have belonged to him if voting takes place on pure merit. i would rather see him out in an early round than finish second or third.

as a singer I think aneek is better than raja. for certain type of songs may be raja wd be good...

aneek got the most standing ovations from Vishal-Shekhar, who are probably the most neutral judges. I specially like Vishal because he always speaks his mind. One will also have to watch HR's body language during aneek's performance, which is a great thing going for aneek since HR is the most successful music director in bollywood today. I have watched even ID's facial expression changes to one of rapt attention and appreciation during aneek's performance. he was the one to offer a generous ten to him in the last round. so, judging by the judges' reaction it is not hard ti figure who is the best - no poll necessary.
