I will go with some new ones here whom I have not mentioned in the previous ode.
I have used English for the senti ones and Hindi for the funny ones.I could have done the shayari in Urdu, but would leave it for the ones who speak the language.

Glass ceilings exist. But women can stop whining about them and make changes when they reach a certain position in the company where they make personnel decisions. Sometimes , its noticed that woman who are divorced or single with no chidren break the glass ceiling. Here good child care and alternate work options can truly break the ceiling. How about the glass ceiling from racial bias perspective?😛

Your views on the questions Jayadi presented were very interesting indeed. Time constraint, lack of coherent though and minimal understanding/knowledge of the topic stopped me from commenting on the pregnancy registeration topic. I'll try to make time for it in the upcoming week.
