funny that himesh and ID would not know. i mean dont they watch promos of the show? even we know that it was aired, yet they dont know? are they really that clueless? it's not even like ID is so busy from what we hear to watch some TV. or is he? 😉

I have no problem with them being given wild-card entry. But, like ID said, they should have joined from the start, rather than midway. Even in C2005 ex-winners/finalists who got wild card entries started from the beginning.

Come on this was there in the very first promo of the show, regional SRGMP winners ka kya hoga

Atleast Himesh is very aware of the promos, remember there were articles of being quizzed on about Ashaji controvery in the promo in the interview)

Once again a television channel sells its word for the cash cow of TRP's

and there are still people who think this show is about musik 😆

Come to think of it, this may be orchestrated to help the regional winners. Oppose them, and a whole region will get up in arms and start voting crazily. Remember C2005 😉

dont think that angle works, there is no marathi in the show, so would not happen with Maharashtra

and there are a lot of Bengali's, so if there is a regional bias it will get spread out over a lot of contestants, moreever why would anyone get ticked off when instead of 5 there are only 4(dont know how many Bengali contestants there are right now)

but it certainly was to create shor sharaba, to gain the week's TRP crown, every week there is one such tamasha where the singing is marginalized, or perhaps there is very little quality there, so that is why they are creating the tamasha more😉
