I'm surprised to see that no thread has been opened in praise of Amanat Ali's fabulous performance yesterday, whereas there have been a number of threads regarding Mauli's unjustified selection.

Why is it that we mostly love to criticise and defend, but fall short when it comes to praise?

Amanat Ali has been wonderful yesterday. 👏👏👏 In fact his performance has been the best in the whole show till date. Humble request to everybody to be generous in praise as well.

Yes i agree - Amanat was fabulous yesterday 👏 👏 👏 Yeh Hosla is the best performance along with Raja's Allah ke bande.. 👏 👏

Amanat was excellent. I liked both his performances. Amanat impressed many of us after his Mitwa song. He continued to sing well in many of the episodes. Well deserved entry into the next round. 👏

And yes, I agree we are more keen to criticize than praise sometimes. I am definitely guilty of that. 😳

I did not listen to the first song of Amanat yesterday... but caught up with his 2nd one during the breaks... I think he was fabulous.... He was one singer who had appealed a lot to me right from the first performance, and I think I was right... Amaanat surely seems to be the find of C07... Raja however dissapointed with the 'Piya re' performance.. he was lot better in the parting 'Allah ke bande' song!

Amanat was even more fantastic in the first song. It's a must listen song. Please listen to video uploaded version (which is what I have done since Zee is one week late here). Do not miss it.

And yes, I remember that you liked Amanat right from the beginning and Wasi too. However, having watched SRGMP Middle East I knew that although Wasi (and even Sikander) were good, Amanat & Junaid were the ones to look out for among the Pakistani lot.

Amanat was not at all good yesterday. I don't know why is everyone calling his songs good and excellent. It was not like that.😕

It was just heavenly. I would like to say something like a hooligan in another show - "Rongte khaare ho gaye"

when i read you first statement I was like 'what's wrong with Appaji', but then agree with your post thoroughly. 😆😆
