Ashaji not a good judge of talent: Darbar on music legend

Surat, June 7: Reputed music director Ismail Darbar was in the city to promote a singing talent hunt show televised by a national channel where he presides over as one of the judges. The city which also happens to be his birthplace and home for 15 years of his childhood will soon see a professional music school come to life and Darbar says the project is underway and will be completed soon. That ID said singers don't make good judges? Lekin where is the rudeness, the spite, the exaggeration, the causticity - that we saw in Abhijeet's comments. That is what we wanted to see, before we jump on ID. Simply his opinion is not enough to make us want to berate him.

The reason we asked for video is so that we could see the manner in which his statements were said. And if they were spiteful, exaggerated, hateful, rude, etc.

agree with ID. Music directors have good knowledge of judging. but more than sur and taal, they are better judges of chaal. 😉 bas mayya song dekhne kee der hai 😉 😆

please go back to all the posts.. you guys were even doubting that he even have said that..you all were saying that SBS is all rumor etc etc.. so first that point is gone..

second we cannot deny that ID has satretd all this..he basically said singers cannot be the judges . he pointed at asha ji who si much senior and experinced then him and not to mention the most versatile female singer we ever had !!

now about all the heavy dictionery words you have used here...I have never and willl never say abhijit is very polite, nice humble person...but is it right to only crucify him just becasue he doesnt have brain filters in place??..bappi da also replied him with a equally rude manner by calling him a third class person etc etc..so evryone is involved here..bappi da, id everyone..and it cannot be ignored...

There may be a hundred ruder people than Abhijeet in Bollywood, but Abhijeet is big mouthed and gives himself away, and that gives us a reason to crucify him. When the others also start speaking openly and give us a reason to do that - we will do that too.

Hum public hai - jo dikhega, hum usko pehle pakdenge. Jo nahi dikhega, uske peeche bhaagne se kya faida. That's like running after your own tail, or shadow.
