I think that was rather rude of him to cut across HR when he was talking. Manners tought to us say that whether you agree to a persons POV or not, allow the person to finish talking before you state your points. its basic ettiquette. butting in that way, is very impolite.

Even he gets his minutes of speech time, whatever he feels he should say it then or wait until the other person has finished talking. Same goes to HR also. I have seen him cut across Rajesh Roshan ji and Asha ji before.

whether is it the host, the participant, the mentors or the mahagurus, no one in my opinion should do this interupting to be heard when someone else is talking. Its impolite.
