Does dl mean download ? If yes, then go to SRGMP section locked annoucement threads on top to the following thread,

ARCHIVED SHOW UPDATES & MUSICAL THREADS

On page 2 you have all the Mp3 file shortcut links.

Right click on the link you want to save, and choose save target as... after that it is a piece of cake....

Neetu, I have sent you an episode of Retro cafe , uploaded at Zshare....check your PM...
