hey Adi, just some corrections:

on the creativity/ plagiarism line, i meant to say "judgment in a court of law". peers are of course from public but they are usually sequestered and required to hear all evidence from both sides, after representation from all. that's the difference- when we try in public/ media, we often dont hear both sides and are often not focused enough, distracted by the other things in our lives. our conclusions then are more apt to being knee-jerk, wrong, biased etc.

on the ghoos issue, the answer above was tongue-and-cheek. in most cases, the ghoos lene wala simply will not work unless bribed. in all these case, he's 90% to blame IMO. in a few cases though, we have a guy who is trying to subvert due process/ procedures/ system and get something which he doesn't deserve. that's were the ghoos dene wala, the temptor, is in the wrong. not the tempted.😊 just my POV
