Nice to know about your niece Mona. Please request her to become a member of IF and tell us her experiences sometimes. This will help others like her. Also tell her that she will extend her fan base since IF members will all root for her!

I won't be surprised if the standard of Bengali SRGMP is even better than the national one!

Thanks to all of you on behalf of sayantani. I have asked her to join the forum though she went off to mumbai tonight since the grooming part is going to start from tommorrow onwards and she is going to have a very tight schedule. There are other singers from kolkata as well like Prantik, saptaparna and arpita who are partcipants in the saregama bangla. Bengalis are going to rock the show it seems.
