A song I love a lot from Gumraah(old). I love the fact that the songs written in those days used to be loaded with meaning and so aptly befitting the situation.

yeah Sahir Ludhinavi was one of a kind

Yes, so true.....Sahir Ludhiyanvi always wrote songs loaded with meaning.........and to my surprize, all the songs I liked, were written by Sahir, especially from 60s and 70s...........na to karvan ki talash hai, tum apna ranjo gham apni pareshani mujhe de do....main dekhun to sahi duniya tumhe kaise satati hai....and....kabhi kabhi....main pal do pal ka shayar...I can go on....😛

True, he wrote some of the best songs we have..I love all songs from Pyaasa, Barsaat ki raat, hum dono, Taj mahal...the list goes on...
