No problem ... they haven't so I'll answer them (finally 😳)

What is your take on virtual families and virtual relationships..
It's been an educational, and overall wonderful experience for me. Virtual relations are to be made with a certain understanding that what you "see" and think may not neccessarily be what the truth is. While it's important to keep the cautionary signals alert, you should also not hesitate to step forward and meet new people. I've personally made some great friends and relations via the net. There isn't a 100% guarantee with anybody...but then, the same holds true with real life.
I've made some great relations with people online...brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, and wonderful friends. Some I trust more than others. Then there are a few I'm willing to trust more than I trust my real life relations. I've been absolutely honest with these few people..and I'm banking on a gut instinct that tells me it's okay to trust them as well.
Internet relations are to be taken with a pinch of salt. If they work out to be genuine, it's a wonderful gift. If they break your trust, take it as a learning experience.

What do you think is more important to be successful in life. IQ or EQ(Intelligence or emotional stability)..
I think both are equally neccessary. In order to have a balanced life, a combination of these two and some other factors is required. Survival that is dependent on only one of those two options means life lacks the other and therefore will not achieve success in reaching its full potential. If life were based solely on intelligence we'd walk about like robots or zombies. And if life were based solely on emotions (and emotional stability) we'd be a world full of fools (which may still be true 😕😆). A happy medium is what makes a human...some with a tad more intelligence and others with more emotional influences.

What a fantastic Duo we have as MOTWs of the week. All our minds are on high alert and we have to really do some in depth thinking to match these awesome girls. 👏 👏 👏 We can indeed write a book on a series of different topics after this week.

This is to see your perception of the members reaction when faced with the following situation:

SRGMP section of IF is going on a picnic to a very beautiful secluded island cut off from civilization for a day. We are all very thrilled and a chartered ship takes us over to the island.As usual with all of us in the same place there is utter chaos and lots of confusion and masti on. We get off from the boat and reach the island. We count the heads and all are present.so we get off the boat in a very happy mood and take off.The captain informs Barnalidi that it would be back again after 8 hours and pick us up. Barnalidi tells all that since there is no signal, no point in having the cell phones on and to switch it off. There is no restaurant or phone booth in the island, only washrooms are available and plenty of natural beauty.

We start games and leg pulling and then Vinnie who is in charge of food says -lets have a snack now...we all land up there and as she tries looking for her food bag we realise...it is still in the ship!!!!!!She had given it to Flaky(snowflake), Saniya(himanivineet)and Suny to hold when she had gone to take a few pics and in the midst of their tug of war and fights...they left the bags back in the ship itself!!!!😭

Now what you have to do is..tell the reaction of the individual members includng the dev team members present there when all realise that there wont be any food for the next 8 hours and cannot order or inform anyone to supply either. How shall the group react and cope with the problem?

Note : I am not naming the members..please choose memebers of your choice and include the dev team here consisting of..Bhaskar, Priya, Ms. Bholi Bhali , Barnalidi ,Anu as well..
