With reasons please let us know - If you could:

1. Choose your next birth, you would like to be reborn as
A woman... regardless of the socio-economic station in life I'm born into, I would like to be reborn as a woman. For all the pains that accompany being a part of the "minority" that is often downtrodden in our society, there are also innumerable joys and happiness that only a woman can experience.
I can't imagine a greater accomplishment than women having a contributing hand in the positive changes in the Indian society, for only she has the ability to experience the greatest of joys and sorrows (few things bring as much joy in carrying a child for 9 months and delivering it (IMO) and few things bring as much sorrow as loosing that child... the extent to which a woman experiences these emotions in comparison to a man is separated by several degrees) and to use her experience to better the world around her.
In every birth I take I hope to work hard towards bettering India and restoring her to her rightful stature in the world.

2. Change one event of history, you would change
I wouldn't change a thing. Each even has shaped the world into the place we now live in. If a single even was changed, we would not exist as we do.
Without the Hollocaust we would not have learnt of the extent that human evil can reach. Without the enslavement of Africans in America we would not have learnt what freedom truly meant. Without the Jalianwaala Baag, Bhagat Singh may not have been as inspired. Each event effected and influenced the world. Good or bad, we have to learn from it all and strive to use the knowledge in a positive form.

3. Change one thing in this world, you would change
Contradictory to my last statement, I would like to change something about our present world. Global warming is becoming and increasingly consuming and dire issue in our world. If the trends continue, it won't just be our grandchildren suffering the consequences. We are very much at risk of suffering the consequences in our own lifetime. Selfishness aside, I wouldn't want my grandchildren to suffer the consequences either.
So the one thing I would change would be Global Warming...of course, with the continued existance of the causes of global warming, it too shall return..but I'm hoping the loss of the present condition will give us enough time to come up with more and better solutions.

4. Meet one person from history, you would meet
The Lady of Avalon, or Nimue or Vivienne...whatever you wish to address her as. If legends are to be believed (and I do believe) she was wise beyond the age of the Earth. To soak up the knowledge she had about the natural world, the intricacies of human nature and the untapped resources that are still available to us would be awesome.

6. Make one fictional character real, it would be
The very same ... for the Lady of Avalon is considered to be mere myth by some. So if she only exists in stories, then to have her come to life and share that hidden wisdom could only be beneficial to us.

7. Work for one community cause, it would be
India.... and more specifically the health care system. People die unneccessarily in India due to unsanitary conditions and inadequate health care. That is unneccessary and should be taken care of. I'll work on the rest of the problems once I've tackled this one. 😉

8. Live the life of some other living person, it would be
I wouldn't want to... I am who I am and I stick with it. My life isn't all rose petals, but it's what I've made it, along with my family. Being someone else would not leave me as content as I am in my own skin. Each life has its own purpose...I'd like to find mine and work with it instead of experimenting with someone else's life.
