If you have already downloaded the show on podcast, then you could do the following.

Go to your Music files directory where the ipod music is stored, select the folder where this music and masti podcast is saved, typically it is saved under the folder name "Podcasts", copy the mp3 of this music and masti podcast and burn it onto a CD using a normal CD / MP3 buringing software.

If your Car Stereo does not support MP3, you could convert the MP3 into a wmv format which should normally work in the CD player in any car stereo. There are some programs for converting MP3 into WMV, but I dont have it with me right now. I should be able to give that to you when I get back home in a few days.
