The ability to feel the pulse of a young couple poised on the brink of tender love and convert that into beautiful lyrics, that is the wonder of Javed Saab and the lyricsts of his and earlier periods.

Kathai aankhon wali ek ladki.... a beautiful song from the movie Duplicate is said to be a personal favourite of Javed Saab as he wrote the lyrics for his wife Shabana Azmi.
