Instead pick a topic, ask him some question and then analyse the answer.

You dont always have to ask sets.

If Pranjal is a industrial hygenist, or if he has sighted a one horned rhino, or if he drives a Maruti Zen, surely there can be something related to this that you can ask him a question on.... makes it easier for the MOTW and will not amount to spamming as well.

When members do idle chit chat, the same mood spreads on the forum, on all threads and there wont be any constructive discussion anywhere and those who come here to read informative stuff are turned away with idle chitter chatter.

I agree with Priya, we should not encourage which is not constructive in the forum. Taking the responsibility of the thread, we will maintain the decorum.
