As a prosecution lawyer, on the charge against the contestant - my opinion - Other than ethics, there is nothing wrong with the distribution of sim cards. It is like asking your friends and family to vote for you, which they all anyways do.

On the charge against the production house - Not disclosing the rule of 20 pms only is playing with the money of the innocent public who are doing this to make their show a success and this amounts to misrepresentation, or suppression of facts.

As a defence lawyer, Opinion is same as Prosecution lawyer.

Actually my answers for Judge will also be same.
