My first set of questions to you.

1. Why do you think you will make a good Mod?

Hmm - maybe because I am liked by and am friendly with HR fans as well as non-HR fans. So I can try and bridge the gap. Also, I have a clear record and no major fights with any member.

Most importantly, I spend so much time on this forum 🤢

2. If you had to pick someone in this forum to become a mod, who would you pick other then yourself?

I would pick Jaadooji, or Abhi (Kabhi). The same reasons as above. They were my colleagues in the HR case, so they don't have any fixed notion when it comes to HR.

Good Luck!👍🏼

P.S. This is not to imply Mods are not neutral, or anything like that. But it would appease the HR fans if they felt they had someone who could represent them too.

Shady, what is your full name please?

Syed Shadaab Moosavi. My middle name is my actual name, but the trouble is that Americans call everyone by their first name, and all members in my family (dad, brothers, uncles, cousins, etc) have the same first name 😕

Shady,

For every MOTW you have done personlaity analysis.Pls share your own analysis with us(we know u must had done it for urself)

Accha here's the first one I took, a few years back. What am I most Afraid of?

Shady, you are most afraid of not being good enough

Have you ever noticed that you're more concerned about how others perceive you than many people around you? Or do you sometimes worry more than you should about doing things perfectly or feel afraid that others will mock you in some way? If so, you're not alone. There are many people who share your fear of not being good enough.

It can be a real strength to recognize your fears. By being aware of the things that frighten you, you can assess whether fear is helping you or negatively impacting your life. For instance, a fear of not being good enough may sometimes motivate you to take action in a positive way, like by being more diligent in pursuing your goals than others.

However, fear's negative aspects can sometimes be more damaging than you realize. Living with fear not only prevents you from living life to the fullest; it can also have a significant negative impact on your energy, health, and your close relationships if not kept in check.

Wow! Impressive name Shadaabji 😃 But are you called Shady by friends?

Are you related by any chance to one Moosavi in Hyderabad who is a very well-known 5-star chef? There was a Hyderabadi food festival in Delhi once, when he dished up some delicious food, the taste of which I remember to this day!
