I don't know anyone from close quarters so I don't have any inside info whatsoever..I'm just saying as a very inexperienced person that if it needs medicine then they should use it..but if there is no real reason then the parent should have some way of calming them down...

What is the right behavior to use in a restaurant? At school? At a party? I think you should act respectfully no matter what...in any situation you are in...

Can bad behavior lead to crime? Yes and no...I grew up disobeying my parents..so did my brother...but I haven't committed any crime yet...neither has my brother..as far as I can tell that is...On the other hand if bad behavior is what you call smoking or doind drugs, then yes...

Should parents be held responsible for their children's behavior? No...they shouldn't..the parents may have taught the child right but the child just refused to take it in and continued..that is not the paren'ts fault...
