Nihira and Parthiv Video

long time no see... sorry,,, have been busy practising and doing shows... anyway, i found these really good videos in youtube... i checked back a few pages if these videos have already been posted... i found some but not the medley ones....

As everyone knows, there was a Nihira-Himani-Parthiv show in NJ a few weeks back.. I wasnt able to attend because i live in canada.. but now in youtube they have posted videos of it and it is awesome.. Here they are:

Thanks Abhi..these ar gem that we can never stop watching. Namita did post them but it is ok as it refreshed us again

Finally a thread that I've been waiting for - where all of us SRGM fans can discuss the show at one place.
Regarding the uploads, sab apne hi logon ne kiye hain - Vinaya ji and her son Dileep, Namita ji and her friend Shailesh. Many thanks to them...

All the songs were excellent. There was some sur and pitch problems with some Himani;s songs. But overall for a live performance pretty good,
I liked Nihira's performances. She was very open and having fun.

Himani's Lag Ja Gale
Not from her genre - she shouldn't have tried that one...

Himani - Reshmi Zulfein and Aao Huzoor
Started well but was lost in aao huzoor...

Mast Kalandar
Lot of energy is all I can say. Another thing, both girls are young and could easily have had bad feelings towards each other due to what happened (unless it was orchestrated) during C2005. I was very happy to see that they interacted very well with each other - God bless them both. One of the alaaps lifted out of "Nigahen milane ko ji chahta hai" (Namita ji, how about uploading Sneha Pant's rendition of this one 😊 ). Nihira goes out of sur. Himani tries some fusion crud. WIll give them both benefit if doubt since (as I read somewhere else), this was the last song of the evening...

More after I return from my trip to the Yellowstone National Park...
