Here's something That I found while browsing the net 😉
Note:Although I subscribe to the review,I havn't written the review.So,All you fans..No Bashing Plz 😉
This is a review on Abhijeet Sawant & not on Aapka Abhijeet album.
So,I have conveyed to you the subject of my Review....- Abhijeet Sawant. No kidding , you know who this guy is ,right? Come on,give yourself a brainstorm,it might just click..........Got it? Ya,the same guy who took the nation by storm (stop laughing, give the poor guy at least some respect ) a few years ago.He won the first season of Indian Idol,&
after that there's been no looking back(That's enough ,now you've got to stop).
Actually, I tried to look for his name in the Movie personalities list,but his name was'nt there.No wonder,has there been any film worth Abhijeet yet made?It had appeared quite well back in the dailies that he was going to take on films.Right,you've got good voice,a great personality & ' the look'required for films.So,what's stopping you?Go man go!Your future is awaiting you, destiny is waiting to embrace you with open arms.And who else can get those mega star ,classy mouth-freshener ads,which clearly show his acting capabilities.
Abhijeet Sawant last appeared in the second season of Indian Idol.(if I remember correctly).He had come to encourage the 11 finalists to follow his footsteps.That man has some guts! I mean,actually coming on television to encourage people when ur own career is going to the dogs.Thats some spirit....When he came to perform onstage,the anchor(Mini Mathur) announced something like...... 'HERE COMES THE STAR OF THE FIRST SEASON WHO IS AMONG THE ESTABLISHED SINGERS RIGHT NOW'. which world does the lady live in?Ahh,that also depends on her definition of ' established ',or was it her gag on ' established singers'.?
Looks like the Sony people have only one star in their galaxy,their home-grown hero.(I m deliberately avoiding Fame contestants.)Actually, I feel that second season contestants would've ran away from the contest if they carefully saw the fate of Abhijeet Sawant after winning the contest.
He's grown his hair for that 'Hunky -dory' look & my-my,hasnt it had some effect?Dont all of us girls go weak on our knees & guys turn green with envy at his sight?Now thats a singer-cum-superstar for u.What r singers like Sonu Nigam ,Lata Mangeshkar & all in front of HIM?Some papers had also mentioned that he has put on some flab.Point in question,Doesnt super-duper stardom come at a price?How silly of that reporter to take Abhijeet's physical appearance into consideration,when his voice is such a powerhouse of potential talent.
The sheer power of his voice strikes u when u hear his voice.He is in the place where no singer cannot even dream of reaching.(who would want to go on a downward spiral,anywayz)Like all great men,even he is low -profile,after all,who needs to resort to other gimmicks when u r so very talented?
He inspires u, challenges u to match up to him,his caliber .U feel like rising up on seeing him perform(from ur seats).He is my second favourite singer after my all-time favourite heart-throb Himess Ressammiya.
I m sure that at the enviable position he is now,he is sure to go up & up in life(& finally evaporate) in life.This' cool dude' surely rocks.[& gets rocked(i mean stoned)].Let me end this review by wishing him(& us) luck to keep singing(& keep bearing).
