Anol da, If I understood right you did say that quota system is not there with right intention it's just for vote bank purpose, am I right?
What I think I do agree there are many people like that who has no facility, no education to progress. I would be happy if government spend the money to give the basic facilities or free education to the people & raise them up to the point where they can compete with everybody. Once they are admitted bear all the expenditure too, no problem. What I don't agree with the admissions in technical institutions and IAS etc with less numbers and in the end institutes are forced them to pass too for internal/external reasons.
Then here we have doctors treating patients, building bridges, buildings etc with less knowledge. Don't you think it's harmful for society?
I am not very good at writing so anol da try to understand the meaning of it don't go for word to word as there is a possibility I may have used wrong word here or there.

Is it something to do with this movie that you are called 'Pandu Hawaldar' by many of us here in the forum?

Dejavu!! I answered this before to someone in Debate Mansion - just copy pasting here: This is not written to you - so the language is much aggressive - please don't mind
Again – aren't your words are flavored with urban snobbishness? Why only at elementary level? That's the basic – I agree, without providing the basics working on only at top of the pyramid of life is dangerous -I know that too! But trust me you need push from every level.
Why? Let me ask you – how many son/daughter of a street vendor you've seen doing great in their life? This change requires decades and generation. But without proper execution and most importantly the intention – NOTHING going to work -that's for sure.
Now for people who get into the universities with the quota system - they had to go through the drilling of same exams and pass those. So where the question of their ability coming into the picture? Same way - there are many famous universities in Bangalore, Australian cities or Canada where almost anyone can get admission with a donation fee. Even Manipal - one of the most famous Medical institute of India - practice donation based admission! So - what's the difference there?
Those students are also not getting into the institutes by merit either - isn't it? So how they are different from the SC/ST/OBC students?
