How signing contracts helps contestents?

We heard Hemu Nihira didn't sign zee tv contract.Vinit,debo,himani signed.vinit and himani are touring the world with HR.Did they sign any contract with HR?

In ii2 karunya didn't sign sony's contract(26 lakhs for 2 years).Monali signed Anumalik's contract.antara rejected his contract.amey not yet decided on sandeep chowtha's contract.

what are the advantages and disadvantages in signing 2 year contracts ? Post ur opinions.

There r a lot of advantages is the singer is not very good, as they get a lot of opportunities.

However for already professional singers like Nihira, Hemchandra, Karunya, Amey Date the contracts are nothing but limitations. As Nihira has not signed the contract she can now do shows freely according to her choice without any compulsion. Zee or Sony or whoever gives the contract cannot bear that a singer they hav a contract goes on freely doing shows.
