wat im trying to say is that expressions r like part of the song cuz they express how ur feeling when ur singing the song. to me it feels like she just wants the song to be over.
it can either be considered ugly or beautiful.

Ok now I get your point! 😊
Yes enjoying what you are singing is most important.
Ray C. once said I only sing to please myself - many people think that's rude - but to me that's the ultimate form of music!
Hey - you play flute - that's great!! 😊

Varsha ji - these all confusion is a result of over emphasis on these 'Chemistry' and 'Performance'
Even in Rajiv's case – why a singer need to memorize every song's lyrics – even Latabai uses lyrics sheet!! Why the singers need to look romantically to each other while singing duet??😕
Imagine Kishoreda and Ashatai looking at each other in the recording room while recording a duet Pancham da (the music director of the song) is watching them from outside!! 😆
Very well said, Anol 👏👏👏
This whole EMAET format has taken the focus away from singing and people are focusing on what people are wearing, how they dance on the floor, how they gaze at each other, how well they remember the song, how much stage area they cover, how much they interact with the audience and finally may be on what they are singing... Where is the focus on swar, sur and taal anyway!!! Sad to see that a program that had given us playback singers like Shreya, and today just looking for stage show performers and nothing beyond that!
