I don't know about the rest of you, but when I saw the AV about Rajeev's parents - where they say they don't have a TV even, and they have to call and get news about him, or hear about him in newspapers, I felt really emotional. 😭😭

I immediately wanted to buy them a TV set and a cell phone right then and there - so they could watch him and keep SMSing for him so he'd win.

Maybe it's just a guilty conscience I have that I am living a high standard of life here in the US, while this guy's family is quite poor - they can't even afford to watch him - or come to see him perform. It reminded me of a month ago when Rajeev's aunt came and said Rajeev was sad that no one comes from his side.

I'm sure Rajeev will get a lot of sympathy votes after this. If I was voting, I myself would have sent in 50 votes right then. He deserves it for being a struggler.

Same here shady. even I felt very bad. I hav been to tht region. it is so remote. the people actually liv a very hard life there. The total ph lines r very limited too.

bt I feel thy should nt show these video's before the singing. these video's at times makes the contestant so emotional tht thy r bound to do mistakes. thy should show it later after the song is over.

Shady.... our votes will not help him being a star..... he has been struggling for one year even after training from the leading MDs..... U cant expect that from a prfoessional... which he is dreaming to become....

This is the same catch 22 situation of quota system for poor singers if u vote for them out of sympathy....

I hv sympathy but tht does not mean I shall demoralise other better singers.... I think he is not struggling for a break but wants to jump high in short time... If he really wants to struggle first he has to concentrate on his singing... hv some more training before jumping in professional world....

And yes this I can say being a professional myself...

Though I wish him best of luck for better future... may the god give him and his family all the happiness....

👏100% agree with u shady... He is really a gr8 struggler. hats off to him and his love towards music. that without any financial support, training and godfather he has reached till this where every little singer dreams to perform!👏

Mr./Ms. Coolest... taken ur point... But my point is that he has not improved at all even after one years training.....

There is no quota for winning for untrained singer..... I know he has financial problems and he is struggling... and hence I wished him good luck and also prayed god for his future... but this is not the right time for him to jump in professional world of music...

I hope u understand me 😊

Fine but that does not mean that a person less trained gets the award. The one worth becomming should get it. There are others who are much better than him. Why should they suffer for him.
