Shady you forgot the most vital one..Riyaaz..good voice alone is not enough unless it is conditioned well and only riyaaz can do that.You can visit the Riyaaz thread to get more info..

firstly good voice 😊 . otherwise he will failed in the selection time 🤢
second looks 😃 , which people get by born, it makes weak to oposite gender at first site 😉
thirdly attitude, when people work with others. people impressed by one's good manner an attitude. in tat way people will feel comfortable 2 work with him n he will get more contracts 😉
