Here comes my first recipe.. And as promised, its a banana delicacy 😉

Banana apple pudding

1 cup
1 cups (powdered)
2 cups (slices, peeled and cored)
2 cups (slices)
cup
2 nos.
tsp.
3 tbsps.

Beat the butter and 3/4th of the sugar till fluffy. Add one egg each and the flour and baking powder and mix the milk well with it. Arrange the fruits in alternate layers sprinkling of sugar on each layer
till the sugar is finished. This should be layered in an oven proof bowl. Put the cake mixture evenly over it. Bake it at 180 degree till done. Insert a skewer in it, if it comes out clean it is cooked.
1. Serve this with cream or custard.

Now Amogh - we can boil and burn the custard if you want 😆😆😆
