Okay folks.. the first caption competition is finally over! There were dozens of responses, some funny, some hilarious, some confusing, even. But they all were true to the spirit of IF, which is to laugh and make the world laugh with you.
Trust me when I say it was tough for the judges panel - Bhaskar, Anol da, and myself - to select the winning caption. After some discussion we decided on the winning caption, but also decided to acknowledge the captions which evoked certain responses in us.
So here I start with the special categories:

Ujjaini to Sanchali : boy! u are on a 'roll' today ! while am havin a bad hair day 😭 Sanchali: ye.......am rather on a 'rollar' coaster!!!! 😆 Ujjaini: is it a Japanese one!!! 😕 (from the way Sanchali looks).....Sanchali: bingo! now u know why am tech-savvy!!!! 😉

But, in the end, this being the season of sher-o-shayari, there was one winner that stood out among the rest. A big round of applause for Salilu, who treated us to a few gems. The best of those is the one that follows below:
