The soul of Alag -Hemu n Ujjaini

Both of them.. Nihira, Ujjaini, n Hema all have sung for Alag. Not Himani, surprisingly, since AS is the MD. Atleast he's giving every1 equal chances.. unlike HR who gives priority to Vinit

I heard both songs "Sabse Alag" and "Soul of Alag". I the first one I can recognize Shan as the main singer. But of the female voice, I can not make out Nihira and Gayatri Iyer. Can you tell wh0 is who?. Also, in the other song where Ujjaini and Hemchandra sang all I could hear was alap. Ther are no words. Is it a complete song or just a sample clip?

In the selection of first 48 contestants, Nihir sang a Sathiya song "Chalka chalka". She snag so beautifuly that all the mentors were highly impressed. At that time Himesh said that Nihira was bestowed with a special "Krupa" of Devi Saraswati and Nihira will come to Soud Studios in Mumbai on that Monday at 9:00 AM to do recording for him. Was that a show off and empty promise? I would like to find out if she really did go to the Sound Studios and was recorded or sent back home. Nihiras, voice in "Radio City" song is nice but modulated so much that I felt her on stage voice is much more melodious. This is also true in "Chanaa vey" album. However, her singing in "Khasam se" seems natural. Comments on thsi opinion please.

The tittle track is sung by Shaan Nihira, Hema, Kunal and Gayatri Iyer and I could make out all the voices. But there is one more sweet song in a female voice. That is sung by Ujjaini. I was mesmerised by her voice. God she has got such a beautiful voice that I was impressed by her. I am not an Ujjaini fan but I was really impressed.......GOD BLESS HER.

I agree, it wasn't too difficult to figure out the different voices... the first female voice which is very sweet and fresh is definitely Nihira... her voice sounds so crystal clear and beautiful... I wish she had more lines in the song... Hema sounded great too!!! WOOW, I was so happy to finally see their names on a big film soundtrack !!!

Ujjaini sang really well too... She also has a lovely voice, she just needs to keep up the consistency. When she's good, she is brilliant... Its great that Aadesh gave her a chance to sing for him... I was really disappointed to see her name missing from Fanaa soundtrack after all those promises from JL...

The Sabse Alag song is absolutely divine..
The Soul of alaap just shows off Ujjaini's and Hema's strengths.. and it is very haunting..

All the three have done great job man..........

I couldn't figure out the female voice in My Soul Of Alag. However, I feel that Ujjaini did not sing any of the other songs. I couldn't hear her voice in any of the songs. May be I am wrong.
