After watching the II episode today, I felt Karunya was luckier...when I saw Manna da wish him before he sang Jhanak Jhanak...I'm sure Kurunya himself would have considered himself so fortunate, it doesn't get much better than this.

I like Hema's voice more than Karunya's. Karunya is lucky as he is getting all the attention/support from the judges and he even went to Hyderabad for a concert (please correct me if I'm wrong). Hema on the other hand, inspite of such a lovely voice wasn't promoted in such a huge way and couldn't muster enough votes and became a victim of regionalism.

They learnt the lesson from what happened with Hemu.. I mean that way karunya is lucky.. he gets a lot of votes also from Hemu fans BECAUSE he is Hemu's cousin ! but then again.. Hemu is getting a lot of publicity now..he is getting his share of recognition.. when he got voted out after his Nahin Saamne people stood up and started taking notice of him.. I mean thats what matters right..the fact taht even after u have left, people still talk about u.. and it happened with Hemu, Nihira, Himani.. people were forced to question the fairness of the voting system the minute Nihira got voted out.. though the top 5 of SRGMP were anyday better than the competition Karunya had to face.

I think the regional effect is the reason why Sonu favours Karunya..because he knows what happened to Hemachandra, didn't want Karu to go thru the same thing !
