But they have to do what EMAET wants them to, aur waise bhi ab dancing bahut kam ho gayi hai.

Obviously they are doing it because of the EMAET format.

absolutely no doubts .. they are the best though i wish they were not competing in EMAET as they are of a completely different league especially hrishikesh...

I saw a Marathi VCD named "Nakshatrache deNe" dedicated to late Sudheer Phadke. Hrishikeshe sang many songs in that. One particular song that impressed me was a duet he sang with Vibhavari Apte (whatever happened with this sweet sounding girl?). The song was "Naveen aaja chandrama". They were very melodious. I again saw Hrishikesh and Bela Shende in person at Brihan Maharashtra Convention in Atlanta, Georgia in USA in July 2005. Both sang very very well. Compared to that the performance of Hrishikesh in EMAET is not up to the mark. May be the voice scales of Prajkta and Hrishikesh do not match and their song selection are not appropriate. Any way just because we are Marathi speaking we are encouragin this jodi. My opinion, strictly on quality, is that they are not the best in EMAET. I was impressed with Vishwas and Twinkle's performance of April 14th. However, I would like PH jodi to do better and win. I am shure Mr. Amogh will not agree with my opinion. Nihira was the best. Hrishikesh and Prajakta should have known the dancing requirements for EMAET. I feel they should not have taken part in this.

Jayashree, I agree with you. They should not have taken part in the show. Especially on the stage where there is more emphasis on performing. They should have come as a guest pair to cheer up the contestants.

You are pefectly correct. This is same as Jayashreeg. Since I used my son's computer in a different town, I had to reregistered with my wifes name. I am always confused with the password. I am struggling with this regionalism. I know Hrishikesh is an excellent singer. But the pair is not at all suitable for todays showmanship format. They are serious singers and should have stuck with their principles.

When I write something like this, I am always worried about some young person get wild and write to me in nasty language. I am an adult of the age of grand parent of many who write in such blogs. I want to keep my dignity and not excite some people to address me with disrespect (such as Are Ture as we talk in Marathi).
