SMARTER_DESI_KID , my original intention was to get RAGE to give as much information as possible about HR in his OWN style to WHOISHIMMESH .He is A NEWBIE who does not know a single thing about HR.So I felt RAGE was the perfect man to get him up to date about HR . But as you can see , we have drifted completely from the main object of the topic . Still , I am thoroughly enjoying chatting with CELINA , VINIT_ROCKS , RAGE etc.Wont mind if we DONT revert back to the original object of the topic.

BTW , vinit_rocks , where do you stay ??
