how can we download these songs which are there?

The songs can be downoladed from cooltoad.com.
You need to create lging / sign up on the site. Then search in music for Artist Nihira. I have downloaded around 27 songs of Nihira ( All from Saregamapa except one).

Talking about my self, Main to sapane me bhi Nihira ke bare mein loose talks nahi kar sakta. It's Impossible. I do not know about others. ( But I dont know, what is loose talk in your dictionary).
