Yes, I love this song. Surprisingly when Kishore took to music direction, he composed serious songs rather than lilting ones. Even the movies he made were serious.
I didn't miss Lata in this one. Sulakshana sang very well.
Love that song. Incidentally, Sulakshana'a one song from "Sankalp" was very very nice - Tu hi sagar hai tu hi kinara... for which she won a filmfare award. But I wish to know who sang the interlude - a shlok in sanskrit 'karmanyavadhikaraste..' in that song if anyone can throw some light.
KKda was a very creative person. If you have seen his films(directed by him) they are quite meaningful, thought-provoking and also show the pain & anguish of the character - all coming out may be because KKda's personal life was very sad...
