who did u think the best mentor was from Challenge 2005?

Most certainly it's Ismail Darbar.He taught his students properly and didn't even think twice before scolding them.
My two favourites-Debojit and Nihira were immensely lucky to be in Ismailji's gharana.
The character of Ismailji,Debojit and Nihira are alike.The three of them are decent,honest,hard-working and talented 😊 .

Definitely not ID...He could not save the golden voice NIHIRA.. The real face of ID were seen during few of last episodes(Asking Sandesh abt his fav song(Suraj hua madham Vs U r my sonia),Marketing product etc,Chaaro taraf dushman,Hamaara ssath ASSAM hein)

I think majority will disagree with me 😔 , but I feel the best mentor was Himesh!! He truly believed in Vinit and was totally devoted to him and him winning. Such support is quite rare, especially in the film industry, where people change parties quickly. HR supported Vinit right from the begining, whereas ID started really believing in Debo after he realised that his vote base was strong. ID totally believed only in Nihira and not Debo, that's what I feel. Himesh did use a lot of irritating tricks 🤢 , but I really feel his intentions and support for Vinit were genuine 😊 Plus, HR definitely worked with Vinit to showcase his voice and capabilities in the right kind of songs. An example: After AS pointed out the supporting "click" in the "Aaja Aaja" RDX episode, Vinit selected "Fiza" and "Tera Jadoo Chal Gaya" both songs which jump from high to low scale, in the next few episodes.

I'll agree with you....I liked the way he supported Vinit till the end...OK he was very jumpy, hyper and irritating but his feelings for Vinit was genuine.

id is a complete loser! hr is THE best, man i love the way he supports vinit, and i love his voice!

goshh.. it is kinda difficult to chose the best .. cause all had different sides to them.. of course if a topic on who was the worst mentor or the least liked mentor comes up i would definitely know the answer to that... 😉
