Even A.R Rahman does the intial compositions on his power book. He even said in an intervew that his home studio where he does most of his work consists for 5 power macs G5. So I don think thats a valid point but I do agree with some of the other things from your post.

He composes on the computer. Why? Anyone can compose on the computer. Practised people can easily find out that most of his recent music is just '4-chord, 4-6-8 beats'. He mixes these around. Hardly the hallmark of a good MD, is it? Why doesn't he dare compose raw and use Live Orchestra? Listen to his music, most of it is heavily synthesised. His own songs are heavily digitally rectified. When he sings live, he comes across as really besura.

Thats because he is overrated....please remember his songs will last for max a year and then fade away whereas IDs music will live forever... HR is obnoxious and thinks no end of himself... should be a little down to earth and talk less... he should let his work speak for itself... just the way ID does

Come to think of it, only the southern and the North Eastern part of INdia still retains values, morals and tradition. I was reading today's Delhi Times and I am disgusted to say the least.

One concert by some idiotic local Rock Band (these local so called rocksters should be sent to train under legends like the Beatles or the Stones....gah, Rock is beautiful, and these idiots make a mockery of it) gets high profile coverage, where as NONE of the Spic Macay concerts even solicit a mention.
They make huge news out of Mushy's comment on Dhoni's indecent and stupid long girly hair, but fail to mention a thing about the deaths happening in the Valley, and the sons of Delhi fighting there.

Sad....India is almost lost. Screw Reshammiya.

I agree with most of the points put across by regarding HR. and its not onlt the N/E but people like me who are not from N/e and who just cant stand him anymore. HR thought his "vinit" was invincible and he did everything in his power to make him win. but i guess he never realized that his supporting his protege completely backfired. I personally was against vinit winning only bcoz of HR and am not the only person here who feels this way. I also am sure that they messed with the final percentage of votes...with almost 3 crore votes from N/E i dont think its possible that vinit could even get 49% of the votes... to be honest i just dont trust these reality shows anymore....
