If you go back and read the posts, you will see that people pointed fingers at her as a Dev Team Member and not as a member. Why should she be felt unworthy of moderating? Yes we are in a discussion forum and everyone has the privelage to voice their opinion, but people pointed to her a moderator, not as a fellow member. There is no problem in telling a fellow member that you are wrong or that we disagree with you but instead what she was told was that we pity a forum that has a mod like you.
The role of a moderator is definetely to medieate discussions but at the same time, they do have a right to express their opinions and take part in discussions that they would like to. Should mods have no right to say what they feel? At the end of the day its just a discussion, Manjot did not incite the other participants. Perhaphs, some here are forgeting that yes one is a moderator but she is also a member. Manjot is not a Saregamapa Mod but she is interested in the show, so she came here and posted. Her rights are equal to that of a member's, and when she posts her she is like any other member. So please guys again its easy to point fingers, but don't forget that we mods are members in certain sections at the end of the day!

What do you mean by 'don't point fingers?' I thought we are participating in a forum where every one has freedom of expression. If manjot has expressed her opinion as a member, then each of the other members have every right to tell her that what she said is wrong. I never thought we cannot express our opinion on a 'faulty' opinion in this forum (incidentally a 'moderator' in this case)...may be no one is cutting the country into pieces but you need to understand that in SRGMP forum what manjot pointed out is a sensitive matter....and it can create ammunition to do that....
Is that so??? I always thought that the role of a 'moderator' is to 'mediate' in a discussion....BUT DEFINITELY NOT TAKE ONE SIDE AND INCITE THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS OF DISCUSSION...???
Dolly, on the other hand, take my suggestion. For advocating on her behalf, please advise her to moderate her views before posting on this forum...
