Please don't read this response taking me as Debo fan. My singer is already voted out. This text is a mere personal opinion from a neutral audience. No offense to any candidate, or his/her mentor, please.
Yes, indeed Debo deserves high rating. His singing and singing adaptation is appreciable. Look at the characteristics in his so far performace. Look at his journey on singing stage, from Tension Kumar to Chumma Kumar to Challenger Prince to wining King… He has definitely shown real hard work and improvements rather than copycat- stereotype deliveries. That too, in absence of any promoting medium, hype, stunt or any cheap marketing. He has marched himself to so far high destiny is considerable. See his versatility, molding, variation, ownness, in singing; see his matureness, consideration, manners and respectfulness as human; see his background, humiliating remarks, deceiving crowd on stage, personal issues among mentors / jusdges / organizers. Someone even deliberately numbered him 4 out of 10 (no one even the first contestant out from 48 candidates would have received such low score!). Needless to say even a child can sense what is behind rating 4/10. Such things weren't expected that too from big named personalities.
Some other hidden stunts are better not to be discuused. Clever audience need not need full proof to say why camera gets zoomed to someone shouting "India voice.. not … Aasam voice…", someone walks in crowd and kisses favorite contestant, making sure media captures the scene. Someone pulls the mike and dump his own logic to mass justifying something was not injustice! Why we allow someone to play with our emotions? The so called poor audience is not that dim to know what is riding what. There are lot many things we observed through edited vesion episodes. The poor candidates might have witnessed more and even real characters around. ….
Remaining calm in such men-made storms was the real test for Debo. Walk-out is too far.
It directly shows Debo is still fighting with his confidence, innocence, and caliber, showing all of us the real thoughput –the singing.
He has maintained that as a person and showed people he can prove the talent through the ONLY core aim of the show –the singing.
We should not be waiting to any more, what more you will need to rate him. To many it is already imprint the winner of singing talent is Debo. Now let the result be anything that will be more of other issues that admiring singing, as you know the show has shifted rather was forced by some mentalities to shift from singing to <something else>.
