Skewed finals

The episode with the new music directors was a joke.
The finals cannot be heavily skewed towards a particular contestant. All the songs chosen for Vinit were sung by the person he best specialises in aping - Sonu Nigam. It turned out to be a cake walk for Vinit.
Debojit on the other hand got songs outside his core strenghths - sung by Sonu Nigam and a female singer.

I also do not like the way the Assam voting issue is being blown out of proportions. Would this have been an issue if the states were Maharastra, UP, or any other Hindi speaking states. Why is the % of UP votes to Vineet not disclosed? I bet it will be a significant number.

The contest clearly seem to be hype vs talent/ versatility. Hope the voters rise over the hype created around Vineet
