'kasam se' title song by nihira joshi

i happened to listen to "kasam se" title song by nihira joshi. it was nice (the tune was somewhat smilar to "kuchh kuchh hotaa hai"), but not extraordinary. the voice quality was also ok. is it just me or are there other people who have similar opinion?

Hey does anyone know who sang the other songs in "Kasam Se"? There were some old film songs in the background sung by some new singers. I was trying to guess but couldn't.

i hope the singer who sings in background in the first episode of "kasam se" is not nihira.

Only the tittle song is sung by Nihira. And nihira doesnot have to overcome her shyness. What matters here is her talent. So that itself is her victory. Ok if she overcomes her talent, then it is well and good but that doesnot really matter as long as she sings it well. She is very superior.

If somebody should learn something, then it is a contestant like Himani or vineet who should learn from Nihira and Hema as to how to achieve success and how one should have talent to win and how one should have spirit after loosing? Arrogancy is very much present in Himani and vinit and spirit is very much absent in both himani and vinit...........

If she has sung a song in kasamse, nothing wrong in it. She has just started her career and has started well with smaller songs.

Mind well , I am not asking her to learn the Jhatkaas.......... But rare is absolutely right .. She doesnt come out that well in kasam seh ..
Needs good handling by someone of ID's caliber and this may well happen in the tandem of Bhansali and ID

Yes, shantibai, I fully agree with you. I was not jumping the conclusion. But the title song has got some rev ratings by some members on this forum, and I wanted to make sure my ears are not at fault.

As you said, Nihira is still learning and I am sure she will shine with good MDs. The title song tune was not much to talk about anyway.
