Reality Shows - How much of Reality?

SRGMP was a show meant to encourage good music. The same package is now carried under the name of "Reality Shows". But I always wonder abt how real is it. In between the breaks they show promos of next episode... which clearly means that the decision has already been taken long ago and the shoot has also been done long ago. I think there r two biz running parallel - Music showbiz and Telecom Biz. I cannot see anything happening real in competition except for the SMSs.
