A friend of mine has just spoke to their relative from Silchar Assam. According to them, this is the latest news:

Debojit got maximum vote count with 41 Lakh

Vineet got around 28 Lakh

Hema got 25 Lakh

At that point aadesh S went crazy and demanded a recount of the votes and HR is also very angry.

Now get this Aadesh S has demanded that Assam shound NOT be counted in vote count - can you believe this person???!!

It seems Gajendra Singh then came and declared that the rules of SaReGaMa will not be changed at this point - so there is heated discussion and argument and things are in limbo right now

But as far as vote count goes it is Debo 1st, Vinit 2nd and Hema 3rd.

As soon as I hear anything new, I will post.

What a shame? Hema lost to that topiwala for just 3 lakhs votes?

The show's producer-director Gajendra Singh claims the show received 1 crore 25 lakh SMSes in the audience poll section.

Once again Debojit has topped the audience poll this week, with nearly 40 lakh SMS from the Eastern region(Assam, Bengal, Bihar) alone.

That means Debojit might have got more than 50 lakhs. And now Debojit is getting support from other states like Bihar/Jharkhand and Bengal. And I hope he will get more support from other states like Orissa, southern states and Maharashtra. So Debojit has very good chance to win the competition. People are pointing finger about Debojit votes being regional but nobody is pointing Vinit is also getting major votes from UP, MP, Delhi, northern states. What a hypocrats are these people.

Deboojit is a winner. This is happening with Deboojit because there are most of the people who are jealous of him. This guys sings very well and gets votes too. And this is the reason that people are jealous.

i agree with you completely. i used to be a vinit fan. i have also voted for him innumerable times. hr just forced me to change my mind.
