Sorry for the long post but just want to get some points across:

i have never been a hemu fan but my ranking would go as follows:

hemu : + point: unique, melodious voice and very consistent (sings freely without letting the heat of the compettiion affect his singing)
- point: cannot find very many. maybe as some people in the forum mentioned he wasn't really tested by AS with very difficult songs (i don't know, i am not a music expert)

debu : + point: i find his voice the most soothing and melodious. also he gave a couple of unexpectedly brilliant performances by selecting songs outside his confort zone (versatile)
- point: inconsistent (which is why I rate him
below hemu)

vinit : + point : very consitent singer and not very shaky while singing
- point: only selects songs within his comfort zone (sonu nigam/ rafi songs). also I prefer Hemu's and Debu's voice quality over Vinit's (at least at this stage)

I go with voice quality and purity of singing. It has to be Hemu followed by Debu. If Hemu works on his diction, he will go on to be a big star in Bollywood. Otherwise he will still be a big start in Southern language movies.
