I do not know your foot or someone else foot..Here is the statistics from my another post which clearely reveals how blatant regionlism was played by NE. Look at population of south and NE and compare how many votes Hemu got...hope this helps you

So based on the recent episode around 70 lakhs votes polled for challenge 2005. Of which Debo got 40% ie., 28 laksh. Of 28 lakhs Debo gets 80% from NE ie., 22.4 lakhs.
I do not know how much Hemu got in the last episode but an average he gets 20% ie., 14 lakhs. Normally Hemu gets 40% of votes from southern states ie., 5.6 lakhs
Now see youself how talent was overtaken by regional feelings.
