hello everyone,
i am from Taiwan. we get the show one week later from india but have been reading abt the episode that took place yesterday. I just feel the mentors should grow up and stop throwing tantrums on the show. if they have asked the public to vote then they should accept the results of the public. they cannot keep saying that the public does not know anything. that is an insult to the public.

The rules were set when the show started and so there should not be any discussion on the rules now because somebody(?) did not get votes. Isamil darbar asked very valid question to Himesh's lover(!), opppsss....sorry, it is Vinit.

Ummm... I think Vinit's mom was referring to Debojit's wife.

Although I am not condoning whats happening here, I think its sad that Debojit's wife got away with some presumptuous statements in the 2nd episode aired last week where she hinted that Debojit deserves to win this competition because he has worked hard and has battled a tough background. Thats not a very good reason to win this competition. It should be on talent alone. And how can she assume what kind of backgrounds the other 3 have come from 😡

Has anybody watching todays episode..curious to find out what happened today...

Vineet sucks... He is a sincere and talented singer but it appears foolish when Himesh says that his voice will suit any leading actor (hero). Debojeet has a versatile voice and is capable of singing all types of songs - he seems to be a popular choice of non-biased (and non-regional watchers). Hemachandra is a strong contender, good singer and also worthy of the top male spot. Himani has improved through the show - has lot of guts and confidence and the appearance necessary for a modern-day singer. (Nihira was a better choice, though). I feel many a times, the show is set up, but with the unlimited SMS calls, anyone can manipulate it. It is not fair that the judgement be left on SMSs. The show needs impartial judges that can sit through 2 or 3 rounds and make the singers sing different kinds of songs.

Anything else just feeds into Zee's money-making machine and the whims of the so-called "public".

So, it is okay to root for your favaourite contestant, but don't take the show too seriously. ZeeTV wants to make money - any which way and it will stop at nothing.

If vinit is to walk out as Debo got 80% from North east ( Seven states)why not he leave the stage as he got 90% from UP and got 2nd. The three shall be penalized and they shall be disqualified on the gound that they have raised a sensitive issue which will virtually threaten the National Unity. This contest should be cancel as it was started with wrong comment to vote on regional and divinding all Bharatvasi . And finding out your vote doesn't count, it was very terrible thing. This politics will keep us divided after all years and rule by foreiners (Moguls then British).

I m sorry but i disagree with people who think that these kids did a wrong thing.I think anyone in this situation would have done the same.We all realise that debojit's performance has been worst from last 2 episodes his voice breaks even then if he is going to get maximum votes and be the winner so let him be the winner why do all that drama and spend ur energy to compete with him.Anyways ID has planned this to get him Sympathy votes but he will not be a real INDIA"S VOICE.If he has any respect for music he should quit by himself and give chance vto people who really deserve it.

i think that the end of Debojit is here - Thursday's episode polarized the nation unfortunately, and with Himani's exit, we will see a clear North/South/North-East split of the votes going forward. There is no way Debojit, even with his 80% North-East votes and Ismail Darbar's efforts to belittle the voting (when it voted Nihira out) and then defend it (when it led to Debojit being at the top this time) will not work any more.

Himesh, who has been diplomatically quiet thus far while Adesh and Ismail Darbar have been going at it, called out Ismail quite correctly for his unprofessional whine and walkout over the voting out of Nihira (which undoubtedly worked the sympathy factor for Debojit).

Finally the best will win - either Hemachandra or Vinit!
